How do payments work?
We take a 50% deposit to book your start date and the remaining 50% before launch. Invoices are payable within 14 days by bank transfer or card. Care plans are billed monthly.
Why are your prices lower than most agencies?
We're a small team with low overheads, we reuse well-tested building blocks from our own products, and we keep projects tightly scoped. You get a well-built site without paying for account managers and office space.
Do I own the website or software you build?
Yes. When the project is paid in full, ownership of the code, designs and content we created for you passes to you. Open-source libraries and third-party tools stay under their own licences, and we'll tell you about any that need paid licences.
Can you work on my existing site?
Often, yes. We'll take a quick look at what's there first. Sometimes improving what you have is the best option, sometimes a rebuild works out cheaper. We'll give you an honest recommendation either way.
Do you offer hosting and ongoing support?
Yes. Care plans start from £49 a month and cover hosting, security updates, backups and a few small changes each month. You can also host it yourself; we'll hand over everything you need.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. You pay for the work done up to that point and we hand over everything completed so far. The details are in our refund policy.
